Really good experience with this company for our hike. They drove us to the start of the five peaks and explained how to do the hike, waited for us and drove back. Would definitely recommend doing this as a guide isn’t necessary for the hike if you don’t have kids and have a decent fitness level.
Myself and my wife completed the knuckles hike and overnight camp and it was the crowning jewel of our adventures in Sri Lanka. The views were breathtaking, though the heat and climb certainly added to it, and the little dog that joined us for the WHOLE HIKE made it even more fun. We were lucky with the weather and had the most incredible sunset and rise either of us have ever seen. Our guides Jagath and Shan were amazing and the food they prepared in the evening was fantastic and exactly what we needed. For anyone wanting to do what we did, we would advise taking some warmer clothes (for overnight) but otherwise we wouldn't change a thing.10/10 would recommend

Lojith, the owner as well as his team are skilled and well qualified on what they do. We were provided guidence with thorough handling on Abselling, medical care, climbing, hiking, food, tents and extra fabrication to make our hike a remarkable. I could highly recommend the team with extra more stars for the dedication and commitment they put for us throughout the journey. One of my best camping experience so far!Very confortable (they have very luxury tents), great people, amazing food(the bbq was lit!!)!We did kayaking, went to trekking to waterfall, swim in the river, walk climbing and an amazing repelling(first time)!They also give us a lot of tips for our travel!The stuff is very professional and flexible, very ispirational experience!They were in the special force, so is all very safe.We had a lot of fun, you should totally spend some days there in your srilankan trip!Thank you guys! One of the best place to camping climbing rope handling water rafting. Many more things to do. And watch. U can simply came hear using Badulla train.and one bus or threewheel. We got the fun. Instructor are well qualified and expert. You can came and enjoy this place.

Agata Lukasik2024-01-09We did two days hiking in Knuckles Range- on the first day we climbed the five peaks with amazing camping on the top of the second peak! and on the second day we visited Kotaganga waterfalls and were able to swim in one of the natural infinity pools. The Border Adventures is a professional and trustworthy company. they provided the plan in advance, we were able to discuss it. we got all the equipment needed, the guides were well prepared and we had a great time together. we even had the best dinner on the top of the mountain on the first day!!! delicious Pol Roti with lentil dhal. I highly recommend Border Adventures and I am looking forward to going on another trip with them:)recommends

They didn’t even sleep at night because it started raining while we were camping in our tents and they were worried about if we were getting wet. We went during vesak and they even put lights on the tents we camped in to give us an extra special experience. They gave us protective gear for the dangerous parts of the hike. Really loved the adventure we had climbing Gerandi Ella with this team and the hard work they put into our experience.
